Rajdev Singh Johal

Rajdev Singh Johal completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Leicester. Raj subsequently received his Certificate of Qualification from The National Committee on Accreditation, and thereafter joined Kang & Company in 2021. Raj was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2023, after completing his Articles with Kang & Company.

Raj has gained knowledge and experience in dealing with a diverse practice of law. He has been actively involved in helping clients with a variety of legal issues, and ensures clients needs are met through effective communication and application of the law. During his time at Kang & Company, Raj has handled a variety of immigration, family, and criminal law matters. Raj is deeply invested in obtaining the best possible outcome in every client’s case.

Raj has appeared in Courts and Tribunals throughout British Columbia. Including but not limited to the Supreme Court of British Columbia, BC Provincial Court, various levels of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, namely the Immigration Division and Immigration Appeal Division, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Conferences.

Raj is a member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association. Further, he is fluent in both English and Punjabi.
